What should I do if I have feedback?

There are lots of ways to share your feedback with Deliveroo:

Through the Rider App

At the bottom of the menu is the option to send feedback about the Rider App. This feedback goes directly to Deliveroo’s engineering team, so be sure to include as much detail as possible.

After completing an order

After each order we ask you how it went, so you can use this as an opportunity to tell us about issues with particular restaurants or areas. You can also send reports of long restaurant wait times by selecting the “?” when you are at the restaurant.

By contacting Rider Support

If you’d like to talk to us about something that happened with a specific order, restaurant or customer or just want to share your experiences, the Rider Support team can help. There are two ways to contact them:
